Srinagar, Apr 8 : The National Health Mission (NHM) in Jammu and Kashmir has mandated a strict 15-day deadline for the disposal of complaints against its employees, officials said.
An official told news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), the directive issued by Mission Director Akriti Sagar (IAS) covers matters related to financial irregularities and professional misconduct.
Officials said that complaints involving financial irregularities will be examined by the Director Planning and the FA&CAO in coordination with the concerned Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
Similarly, matters pertaining to professional conduct will be reviewed by the state or divisional nodal officer along with the law officer, they added.
All such complaints must be disposed of within 15 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with existing rules and guidelines, officials further added. (KNS)
