Srinagar, May 11(KNS): Omar Abdullah on Monday met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi and discussed several issues related to Jammu and Kashmir, including restoration of statehood, transaction of business rules and rationalisation of reservation.
According to the Chief Minister’s Office, the two leaders also discussed governance and public welfare matters concerning the Union Territory.
“The meeting also deliberated on the prevailing security and economic situation, with emphasis on ensuring sustained peace, stability and inclusive growth for the people of J&K,” the CMO said in a post on X.(KNS)
