Srinagar, May 28 : The Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday issued a roster of Administrative Secretaries who will remain available at the Civil Secretariat in Jammu during the month of June 2026, an official order said.
The order, issued by the General Administration Department (GAD), said senior IAS and JKAS officers have been assigned duty on a rotational basis throughout the month.
According to the roster, Financial Commissioner (Additional Chief Secretary), Public Works (R&B) Department, Anil Kumar Singh, IAS, and Commissioner/Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department, Prasanna Ramaswamy G, IAS, will be available from June 1 to June 5, 2026.
Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department, Chandraker Bharti, IAS, and Commissioner/Secretary, Science & Technology Department, Babila Rakwal, JKAS, have been assigned duty from June 8 to June 12, 2026.
Commissioner/Secretary, Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Saurabh Bhagat, IAS, and Commissioner/Secretary, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department, Zubair Ahmad, JKAS, will remain available from June 15 to June 19, 2026.
The final roster from June 22 to June 26, 2026, includes Commissioner/Secretary, General Administration Department, M. Raju, IAS, and Secretary to the Government, Transport Department, Avny Lavasa, IAS.
The order has been circulated among all Administrative Secretaries, Heads of Departments, Deputy Commissioners, senior police officers and other concerned authorities for information and compliance, it added. (KNS)
