Srinagar, Oct 18 : Team Red Foundation held a meeting with its core and Sports Wing members to discuss preparations for its flagship fitness initiative, Fit November 2026, scheduled for November 14.

The meeting focused on youth-centric activities to promote fitness, sports participation, discipline and healthy lifestyles, while encouraging young people to stay away from substance abuse.

The Foundation also welcomed new members with sporting backgrounds to strengthen its sports and fitness initiatives.

Chairman Team Red Foundation, Saadat Nasir Wani Sogami, said Fit November was more than an event, describing it as an opportunity to inspire young people to adopt fitness, discipline and sports as a way of life.

“Our aim is to build a strong youth movement that promotes healthy choices and works towards a drug-free Kashmir,” he said.

He added that the involvement of young people with sporting backgrounds would strengthen the Foundation’s efforts to create meaningful opportunities for youth engagement through sports and fitness.

The Foundation said preparations were underway to make Fit November 2026 a platform for youth participation, community engagement and positive social change.(KNS)
