Five flights cancelled at Srinagar Airport as disruptions persist

Srinagar, Dec 11: At least five flights were cancelled at the Srinagar international airport on Thursday due to operational reasons, airport officials said.

According to the data issued by the airport authorities and obtained by KNS, four IndiGo flights scheduled for the day were cancelled.

These include flight 6E 6165 to Amritsar (09:45 hrs), 6E 6761 to Delhi (17:35 hrs), 6E 6962 to Kolkata (18:45 hrs) and 6E 2449 to Delhi (20:40 hrs).

One SpiceJet flight was also cancelled. Flight SG 664 to Delhi, scheduled to depart at 12:55 hrs, did not operate, the officials said.

They said passengers booked on the cancelled flights have been advised to contact the respective airlines for rebooking and further assistance.(KNS).
