Srinagar, Dec 11 : The Anjuman Auqaf Jama Masjid Srinagar on Thursday announced revised timings for Friday prayers at the historic mosque in view of the ongoing winter season.
Starting December 12, Namaz-e-Juma (Friday prayers) will be held at 1:30 PM, while the Wa‘z-o-Tabligh (sermon) by Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir, Dr. Moulvi Muhammad Umar Farooq, will commence at 12:45 PM, the Anjuman said.
Worshippers and congregants have been advised to note the revised schedule and arrive early to participate in the prayers and sermon.(KNS).
