Jammu, Feb 02 :In a move to ensure the smooth conduct of the Budget Session, the Speaker of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Abdul Rahim Rather, has constituted a Panel of Chairmen to preside over the House in his absence.
The nominated members including senior MLAs Mubarak Gul (Eidgah Constituency), Surjeet Singh Slathia (Samba Constituency), and Nizamuddin Bhat (Bandipora Constituency).
The Budget Session began today in the winter capital, Jammu, with the address of Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha. (KNS)
