Jammu Jan 7 (TKM): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday virtually flagged off a 53-member youth contingent from the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir for New Delhi to take part in the 29th National Youth Festival – Viksit Bharat Young Leaders’ Dialogue 2026.

The national event will be held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from January 10 to 12, 2026. The contingent will represent Jammu and Kashmir in the Viksit Bharat Challenge Track and the Cultural and Innovation Track.
