Two J&K candidates figure among top 138 in NEET-UG 2026 merit list

Srinagar, Jul 17 : Two candidates from Jammu and Kashmir have figured among the top 138 candidates in the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET-UG) 2026, according to the results released by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

The NTA’s list of candidates who scored 690 marks or above shows that Hadiya Nisar secured All India Rank (AIR) 99 with a percentile of 99.9930996.

Zaidan Wani secured AIR 124 with the same percentile, the list said.

At the national level, Aryan Gupta of Punjab topped the examination by securing AIR 1 with a percentile of 99.9999. Panshul Bansal of Haryana and Uplakshya Goyal of Rajasthan secured AIR 2 and AIR 3, respectively.

According to the NTA, 138 candidates from across the country scored 690 marks or more in this year’s NEET-UG examination.(KNS)
