Srinagar, June 25 : District Development Council (DDC) member from Khag, Budgam, Molvi Nisar Ahmad Sheikh, rejoined the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the presence of Party President Mehbooba Mufti.

Welcoming him back into the fold, PDP President Mehbooba Mufti urged Molvi Nisar to work at the grassroots level to strengthen the party’s presence and reconnect with the people.

Expressing gratitude, Molvi Nisar thanked the party leadership and assured that he would serve the party with dedication and honesty. His return is being seen as a morale booster for the PDP in central Kashmir’s Budgam district. (KNS)
