Srinagar, June 21: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha participated in the 11th International Yoga Day celebrations in Srinagar, joining yoga enthusiasts in performing asanas under the Common Yoga Protocol.

LG said yoga helps reduce stress and improves overall quality of life.

“This year’s theme, ‘Yoga for One Earth, One Health,’ promotes a holistic approach to well-being.

As an ancient Indian tradition, yoga brings balance to the body, mind, and spirit,” he said.

The Lieutenant Governor urged people to make yoga a part of their daily routine and encourage others to adopt the practice for a healthier and happier life.
