SRINAGAR, July 7 : In a welcome update for the people of Kashmir, temperatures are expected to gradually decrease starting tomorrow and remain comfortable for at least a week, according to Kashmir Weather.

Forecast models show 100% certainty in this trend, with some days even likely to witness below-normal temperatures. The upcoming spell of cooler weather offers much-needed relief after the recent heatwave.

However, higher humidity levels are expected to continue through August and September until the monsoon season officially ends.

According to KNS, Kashmir Weather stated that there is no need to extend the summer break in schools. “We can’t expect July to behave like April or October. Temperatures around 31-32°C are completely normal for this time of year,” the statement read.

The improved weather is expected to bring relief to students, commuters, and residents alike.(KNS)
