Iran Tensions: Indian Embassy asks nationals to stay indoors, avoid travel

Tehran/New Delhi, Feb 28 (KNS) : Amidst escalating tensions in the Middle East, the Indian Embassy in Tehran on Saturday issued a fresh advisory urging all Indian nationals in Iran to exercise utmost caution and restrict their movements.

In a statement, the Embassy advised Indian citizens to stay indoors as much as possible and avoid all unnecessary travel within the country.

“Indian nationals in Iran are advised to exercise utmost caution, avoid unnecessary movements and remain indoors as far as possible,” the Embassy stated.

The advisory also asked the Indian community to stay updated with the latest developments by monitoring news reports and maintaining heightened situational awareness. They have been instructed to wait for further guidance from the Embassy.
