Srinagar, Jan 31 : The Rehbar-e-Janglaat Employees’ Association in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday appealed to the administration to act upon the assurances given by the Forest Minister regarding their pending demands.

In a statement issued to the news agency Kashmir News Service (KNS), the employee body, led by President Basharat, stated that the minister had assured them their genuine issues would be taken up in the state cabinet for resolution.

“The employees have been waiting patiently for this assurance to be fulfilled. Any further delay adds to their uncertainty,” the statement said.

The employees expressed hope that the government would respect its commitment and take the matter to the cabinet at the earliest to ensure justice for those who have served the department for years. (KNS)
